The Marshall is the result of a collaboration between The Michaels Organization and the city of Chicago to ensure gems of America's past are not only preserved but also integrated into today's modern world.  The Marshall, located on the Near North Side of Chicago, is a testament to Chicago's history formerly being a hotel and now renovated to house 90 furnished Studio Apartments inclusive of new appliances, vinyl flooring, central heat/air, resident accessible circuit breaker boxes, tubs/walk-in showers, and so much more.  The building is close to shopping, dining, entertainment, public transportation. 

The Michaels Organization offers residents the unique opportunity to apply for college scholarships offered through The Michaels Organization Educational Foundation. The nonprofit Educational Foundation has helped thousands of Michaels residents achieve their dreams of higher education. All Michaels’ residents are eligible to apply and may reapply each year of their undergraduate education
